Postage and Packing

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of order completion.

Orders are dispatched exclusively within the UK, using Royal Mail as the primary service or Evri as an alternative.

Tracked Royal Mail shipping costs £5.50; orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.  

 

 

You will receive the plants shown in the picture. If we need to substitute a plant with one of equal or better quality due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you before shipping.

 

Each plant includes basic care instructions, a clearly labelled plant name tag, and an official plant passport. To ensure cleanliness, enable thorough quality inspection, and reduce the risk of damage during transit, all plants are shipped bare root (without pot and compost).

Plants are shipped with appropriate packing materials to ensure their protection during transit. Upon receipt, please unpack and examine the plants promptly. Should any issue arise, kindly contact us via email within five days of delivery, and we will endeavour to address and resolve the matter.

Each plant is labelled with its given name; however, because hybrids may occur and supplier names may not always be accurate, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed. Customers are advised to review the provided photographs to confirm that the plant matches their requirements, as refunds are not available based on naming discrepancies.
